Church Council

Nampa First UMC uses a single-board governance model. Elected members of our Church Council partner with our pastor to provide general oversight, accountability, and support collective vision. Each person, except the pastor, are named trustees according to the United Methodist Discipline. The Council Admin Team is a small focus group that handles staffing and financial matters.
