Facility Maintenance Ministry Team

To save funds, Nampa First UMC uses an all volunteer Facility Maintenance Team who helps handle our larger scale projets. We still use a contracted custodial company for building-wide cleaning once a week and staff clean daily.

Church Council

Nampa First UMC uses a single-board governance model. Elected members of our Church Council partner with our pastor to provide general oversight, accountability, and support collective vision. Each person, except the pastor, are named trustees according to the United Methodist Discipline.
